I have encountered many difficulties in the exploration of business management for three years, and there are many feelings. At present, despite the good prospects of the CNC tool market, the national revitalization path of the Chinese tool industry still has a long way to go. There are three main reasons for this:
First, in recent years, CNC machine tools have been widely used in machinery manufacturing enterprises. In order to eliminate the interference of other factors in the process of using the technology of digesting machine tools, these companies generally use reliable foreign famous brand products in the use of tools. There is a lagging time process on the problem.
Second, the development of CNC tools requires a large number of technicians who are familiar with tool use technology and tool production technology. At present, such personnel are seriously lacking. However, some old companies with relatively strong technology deposits have short-term behavior and knowledge aging due to problems in system and capital, which has constrained the development speed.
Third, some technical backbones in the industry set up their own factories. Because they have strong targeting to the market, they have certain advantages in terms of technical strength and management, and they develop faster, but the technology and products are single and the funds are small. Enterprises are difficult to scale, and they can only reach tens of millions of output values, so the market share is limited, and corporate brands are difficult to establish. Moreover, this kind of fission and the development direction of foreign companies through the elimination and optimization of the formation of several major groups, the dispersal of technology research and development capabilities, chaotic market prices. Contrary to this, foreign tool companies not only have a long history, but also the bosses of enterprises are the direct operators of enterprise creation and development. They are far-sighted and stable, and expand their production scale and technical team through acquisition and merger in the process of market competition. In addition, the company invests a lot of manpower and material resources to develop new products every year, so that the company's products have always maintained the leading edge of technology. So even though we have some products that have reached the level of imported tools. However, as a whole, the development level of China's CNC tool technology is larger than that of foreign countries, especially high-precision, high-strength tools.
For the future development of CNC tools, I personally believe that: First, the group with financial strength and the cooperation with enterprises with technology base (such as the cooperation and development of Pushi Group and Ningjiang Machine Tool Plant) to create a leading company with strength, introduced from abroad Advanced technology, independent innovation in the process of digestion and absorption, and acquisition and merger of some small and medium-sized enterprises with technology and product characteristics in the competition to accelerate the scale of development.
Second, all enterprises concentrate their technical strength to develop and update their main products. They do not require the full dispersion of technological development strength. Other products can expand the market through enterprise cooperation and OEM production.
The third is to jointly tackle large-scale precision machining enterprises such as steam turbines, blowers, engines, etc., because these companies have many practical tool technicians, which can make up for the lack of knowledge of the machining industry technicians in the processing technology, and the demand for such tools The large amount and high technical content have a very obvious effect on the development of the tool factory.
The fourth is to support and strengthen dealers with technical strength and economic strength (such as the establishment of tool supermarkets) to professionalize production and distribution, so that not only the market price is orderly, the service cost is reduced, but also the planned production of the production enterprise.
